Description of SMS program and messaging use cases
Anchor Offers LLC (California Short Sale Options) offers two separately consented SMS programs. The marketing program sends marketing texts. The non-marketing program sends texts about the user's property inquiry, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and status updates. A user may select neither, either, or both programs.
Opt-in consent
SMS consent is collected through two separate checkboxes on the dedicated SMS opt-in page. Both controls are optional and unchecked by default. The property-inquiry form submits successfully when neither is selected, and SMS consent is not a condition of any service.
Disclosures for message/data rates
Message frequency varies based on your request and response status, usually no more than 6 messages per month unless you reply. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help, call +1 415-403-2673, or email info@californiashortsaleoptions.com. After STOP, one confirmation message may be sent, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
